I love the cut and quality of these bikinis. I just think they are stunning. I love the colours. I love the material. I own three. I had an issue with another stockist beach luxe (do not buy from them). So sketchy. It was not at all the responsibility of Hunza G but their customer service was amazingly helpful! They were so kind and understanding. They responded daily to my complaints of this other extremely unprofessional company and listened to what I needed. This went on for over two weeks. I was very stressed and Hunza G after all I went through with Beach Luxe offered me a replacement bikini at no cost. They did not have to do anything and they went above and beyond. Thanks Hunza G!

Bought the bandeau bikini and the top and bottom of the bikini top just fold over into itself and looks ridiculous so surface area of bikini gets much smaller - didn’t even last my first holiday - just don’t understand why it does that even on 2nd wear in first holiday

I ordered from them online and then looked at their care instructions and realised that the product is unsuitable for my intended use (sauna). I then emailed them to request they cancel the order and explained why. I got a prompt reply saying the order was cancelled and indeed the item has not arrived. However, they have failed to issue a refund. Over 3 weeks later there is still no sign of my money and I am now having to chase them for more than a hundred pounds. Are they planning to keep my money indefinitely?!

Like the other reviewers here I am really disappointed with the longevity of my swimsuit. I did really like my swimsuit however I have only had it a year and a half, used it minimally, followed the care instructions carefully, and it has still fallen apart. The company claims to be sustainable but as other reviewers have said every other swimsuit I have ever owned has lasted far longer than this. When you take into account the high cost also it is really shocking. I contacted the company and they said they only offered a warranty for a year which makes it seem like they really don't take these quality issues seriously. Really not good in this day and age and certainly not sustainable. Clothes should last.

I purchased a black square neck one piece and loved the fit and look, it even fitted me while I was pregnant. Unfortunately I did have some issues with the fabric breaking down in chlorine, however I’m very pleased to say that the customer service at Hunza G is 10/10 and they have agreed to replace the bathers. If you are thinking of purchasing a pair, my advice would be to be careful with chlorine and perhaps consider these more of a salt water set of bathers.
