Hunza changed my life: I never imagined that buying swimsuit can be this much fun! Hunza Made Me Feel Beautiful in all colors and types of swimsuits as well. the moment I tried first swimsuit: I could not stop trying...12 swim suits later for myself, for my daughter and my grandbaby and we could not be happier to swim and have fun in the sun! I also love fabric feel and ordered a beautiful green dress.
Really bad finishing
Really bad finishing. After only one use, the edge seam already broke which made the hem open up. For the price of this swimwear I expect better finishing quality.
The worst item I have ever bought
The worst item I have ever bought. Feel like an idiot for being lured into buying one because marketing is good. Wore it 3 times before the seersucker started fraying. It looks so scruffy and awful now I won't be able to wear it again. Overpriced even if they're good quality, but for this it's criminal. WARNING: DO NOT BUY!!!!!
Don’t waste your money!
After only 2 holidays, the crinkle has disappeared in a couple of places just leaving some random weird patches. Awful! Total waste of money! I followed all the care instructions, the second holiday was by a beach so no chlorine in sight and the material has still gone bad. Ordered this costume more than 12 months ago so Hunza not taking any responsibility and says this is a rare occurrence. Buyer be warned! Some pretty good high street versions that I’ll certainly buy instead of from Hunza at a fraction of the price. Cannot and will not recommend this brand.

Customer service above and beyond
I contacted customer service for advice about an issue with the colour of a new neon swimsuit after the first wash. (I have other neon colours I’ve bought direct from them and have never had any issue with multiple washes!) They advised me to go back to the retailer I’d purchased from but when I explained I didn’t want to because it was from a charity shop (brand new) they offered to send me a a new costume from them free of charge. What fab customer service and very charitable particularly as I just asked for advice and never expected a replacement. Thank you Ruby and Hunza G team fab flattering costumes and great service will definitely keep buying.
terrible customer experience
terrible customer experience. I've ordered 2 swimming suits for the total amount more than 500 EUR. The delivery company lost the package and they say that I need to reach out to the sender so the sender can start an investigation. For a week I can't reach them via any channel - they don't answer email and don't pick up the phone
Worst swimsuit I have ever bought
I feel foolish getting sucked in to Hunza G’s effective marketing- this is the worst and most expensive swimsuit I have ever bought. It snagged after wearing it a handful of times and the material went thin and see through in one large patch (I can see others have this issue). I followed all the care instructions religiously. Also the swimming costume straps often fall down and there is very little breast support. £100 totally wasted 😢.

Bad quality. Bad service.
I own 3 swimwear suits all of which have snagged, lost their colour, fabric broken down. For the cost I expect them to last longer than 2 years. I emailed the customer support team for compensation. There was no apologies and just the disclaimer of a 1 year warranty. They also took 3 days to respond. I won't be buying from them again. Not worth it.
