Non Existent Sales Service
I was thinking of signing up despite the terrible reviews due to them being considerably cheaper than the others, spoke with a polite lady who said someone would phone me later that day. Nearly a month later still no call, if they are that bad signing you up can only imagine how awful once a customer with a problem.
Easy switching made even easier
Well, that was a pleasant experience. Normally switching can be cumbersome and frustrating but Liam made it swift and simple and what a great guy, its lovely to talk to humans. Thanks for your help Liam :)
6 Months with Neo
6 Months with Neo, never seen a bill, numerous conversations including Jasmine Nicola, Sarah etc etc. Never call back, never deal with my query. Sarah hung up on me even though I said I don't blame you. Please please do not switch to Neo, you will regret it
Don't be fooled .........
Don't be fooled by the odd 5 stars for the setup/join us folks. This lot are a disgrace. Been with them since January and the only thing they do is send out invoices for you to pay and despite sending regular monthly readings I've never seen an actual usage bill. At present I have cancelled my DD to force them to give me a correctly calculated usage bill, which I will then gladly pay when received. Come on OFGEM do your job and close this bunch down as soon as you like, they are genuine less than one star material, but you don't unfortunately go that low.

Worst service ever
I couldd go into detail but it's the same as pretty much all other posts here. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. The company does not call you back no matter how many times you contact them and put your point across. Worst service have ever received by a long way. AVOID

Despite numerous calls to your office and e mails requesting a call or email, I have had no response at all, the most useless customer service!. I want to know details of why you haven't requested meter readings and if my payments are correct I have stopped all payments until you have the courtesy to contact me

Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. NEO-ENERGY are quick to take you onboard but very slow to provide information related to your account. Customer service via phone does not exist. They have a very simple website where you CANNOT access your account online and online chat staff simply take a message; They are unable to answer your queries. Never again!!!

i switched to neo at the beginning of may.set direct debit up,sent them my opening meter readings.first payment was taken 7th may since then nothing has been taken from my bank.several phone calls and e-mails followed with no response.finally today phoned again and spoke to Chad and think everything is sorted he was very helpful.received e- mail with all information i requested within minutes.think i will cancel direct debit and pay with bank transfer though reading the other reviews
