I had almost decided to use Mopp for my new regular weekly cleans however when I tried to use the livechat feature to make basic enquiries (insurance, public liability etc) there never seems to be any response over 3 days. Similarly I tried to use the 'feedback' page on their website, a broken link. Very concerning that the basics aren't in place at this stage and a major worry as to how easy it would be to contact them in the event of a serious problem.

Mopp really saved my bacon last week by finding a cleaner for me for my boss. Both girls were super efficient and did a brilliant job.

I have recently signed up with Mopp and have been very impressed at how easy it was to use their service. The times that I have spoken to them on the phone, I have always felt that the staff are friendly and genuinely care about your experience with their company, which makes a refreshing change from other companies! I am happy with the cleaner they provided and hope to continue using her regularly. An excellent experience so far - thanks Mopp!

Easy to book, and good execution

I was hesitant at first allowing a complete stranger in to my house, but as Mopp assured us they had vetted their cleaners I gave them a go. Tanya, my Mopp cleaner, is absolutely fabulous and my house has never looked so clean! She is so friendly and helpful - I have only had her for a month and would already be lost without her. Thoroughly recommend Mopp.
