Booked a one off clean from Mopp, confirmation came through and they took my money 2 weeks prior to the scheduled clean which was fine. Afternoon before they were due I had a call to cancel due to an error on their site. It seems odd that it was overlooked yet they were able to take my money. I have now been left in the lurch as I cannot find a cleaner for tomorrow morning at 3pm day before. Very dissapointed.

Elena arrived 15 minutes before she was due to start and did a great job! She was pleasant and efficient and hardworking we were really pleased with the results!

The ease of asking for a cleaner, choosing timing and work to be done was great. That the plan was perfectly executed was wonderful. Would certainly not hesitate to use Mopp again nor to recommend it.

The cleaner MOPP sent was on time, extremely efficient and ive never seen the oven so clean! Got the deposit on the house back no problem. Thank you!
