Where Mopp excels is the booking process, it's super quick, there's no account sign up, you just book and pay for your clean quickly and efficiently online. The clever bit is that they send a trained cleaner and you get to rate the cleaner afterwards and can then decide if you want to keep that cleaner for future cleans or try someone new. So far it's been a great experience.

You can book your clean online and pay by credit card. The cleaner worked flat out for the time they were here, of special note we're sparking taps and beautifully clear shower screens- how do they do that? Will use again

I had a cleaner come to my flat but it was not cleaned properly. Considered the name is Mopp, big parts of the floor were left untouched and dirty. Unless you can stay and monitor I would suggest it is more money than its worth. It is very reasonable but the standard is not up to scratch. I wasn't expecting anything super clean just a normal cleanliness as if I had spent 2 hours cleaning myself.

Thy are just a fraud company. be-careful. don't trust them. they will take your money and will not answer you.

We have contract mopp´s service but it was not professional at all. We asked for a deep cleaning but the cleaner has forgotten some parts of my kitchen such as the vitro and the extractor fan. I would not recommend your service to my friends and family.

The booking process was very easy and I was emailed the name of my cleaner 24 hours in advance as promised. Roberta arrived on time and got straight to work. I couldn't believe how efficient and thorough she was. What would normally take me 5 hours took Roberta only 2. So my advice to everyone is: leave it to the professionals! THANK YOU MOPP
