#1 The pickup process was not well organized. #2 I took two items home and both were defective and missing parts.

I just wish there was a way to have something shipped. Something came up and I couldn't go get my purchase so I lost it. Even if it was a fee, I wish I could have it shipped.

I was checked in with one person ahead of me and waited 30 minutes they skipped me and waited on others that showed up after me. I believe it was because I won 15 lots of t-post and no one wanted to deal with count and load out. Not acceptable, don’t auction items because they are a little more work to deal with if your going to disrespect your customers.

Great experience. Much better prices than big international auction companies. Picking up car was a breeze. Plan on being a repeat customer.

So locating property at 2710 w bell rd was a challenge because the building is not marked with any signage. Security was able to direct me to correct location. Fast service. Waited but minimally for orders to be brought out. The bb pistol I won at auction was damaged I was told and I was given a similar model guy said. I did not get close to what I wanted but does what I needed it to do. Although I do think I've over paid for this bb pistol compared to what I should've gotten. Overall everything else was correct and I'm ok with the items i guess. No complaints really

Literally everything I got on the pallet was broken or missing main pieces. Very very disappointed and will never buy from again.

Not only was there a discrepancy in the odometer milage reporting. But I didn't realize that there was an open recall in it and as a result it's broken down in less than 6 months with less than 5k miles on a Honda with 125k supposed miles on it and the transmission has failed on me in a major way. Also turns out they and another auction. House has been found guilty of house betting . L

Horrible now, they never answer emails they stopped the auto auction with no info why, The thumbnails for the regular auction is a default and not what is in the auction. customer service in person is rude and unsightly. It used to be a great place up until a year or so ago. Tried to get answers to my questions still waiting now almost 3 months. dont waste your time!
