I bought a toy car and it has missing…

I bought a toy car and it has missing parts without which we couldn’t assemble this car , they didn’t mention about this in description column , also it was used and all dirty with dirt on it all over ! Please do mention all details before listing an item so customer know exactly to bid or not!

Auction nation Washington/29st location

Washington/29st location I bid on a Patio lounger that the description said was “Rattan Chaise Lounger”. When I went to pick it up it was plastic. The cancelation policy was “as is” no returns. Since Im a long time customer I assumed they would credit it back to my card, do to the miss labeling of their own product and the pictures on the add where not clear but blurry. Instead they said it is as is and would not take it back. Apparently there miss labeling of there own product is the customers fault and not there problem. When I questioned staff about this they were rude, short on the issue and would not help me. I felt like I was being dismissed. So I left not taking the plastic chaise lounger. I cancelled the payment with my bank since corporate can’t seem to return a call after leaving 10 messages. The only time I got sum-one on the phone I was promised a call back and that didn’t happen. Whatever happened to customer service? I come from the hospitality business where customer service is our top priority. This is about as bad as customer service as I’ve ever had by staff and management. Thinking back I probably should have discontinued business with them after they sold me 2 drinking cups with holes in the bottom of the cups. It’s that “as is” cancelation policy that lets them get away with selling almost anything.

exactly as represented

Everything I have won was exactly as represented. No surprises which is good. Photos of a lot of the items are pretty poor. I think better photos would make bidders more comfortable and maybe improve bids. Picking up items is an interesting experience. Although the people who assist you at the facilities are accommodating, the pickup locations Are pretty chaotic with fork lifts running by you as you walk to the pickup desk. First time there was uncomfortable, but once I knew the drill it was fine.

My wife just told me

My wife just told me: "So unless it's something really amazing don't buy anything at the Cave Creek location." I said why? She said: "Crazy people, super disorganized, tiny cluttered office, no waiting area, couldn't find what I bought, finally gave me something else." I mean....REALLY????

Auctionnation really earned all 5 stars

A small glitch in communication regarding shipping of my auction winnings but...! The auctionnation people quickly (and I mean SUPER QUICKLY) rectified the situation and I had my purchases literally in hand before I got around to inquiring about the situation. And! They waived shipping charges because of it. So yeah definitely worth the five stars.

Pretty easy process from bidding to…

Pretty easy process from bidding to payment to pick up. Only issue that I've run into that's keeping it from five stars, is sometimes the merchandise I pick up is un-usable or not fully detailed online. Sometime ago I picked up a roof rack to add to my SUV and it was locked with no key. It was not advertised as having no keys. I had to throw it away, money down the drain.

A little disorganized warehouse

The Staff is friendly and helpful. The organization and communication could be a whole lot better, waited my turn for product to be pulled only to have others(who were there after me)get theirs first. One of my items was mistakenly given to someone else, and was offered a lower valued product to replace missing item, which I declined.
