This is where I used to purchase many things. Since they stopped allowing longer times to pick up your items I have lost about 12 items that I have paid for. I understand why they shortened the time. But I have my own business and can't always get there on time.

It took almost 40 minutes for them to pull 2 items. Seemed to be helping people find shoes. I bought an item that said NEW as is and told it could work or not work.....then why is it new?

Waisted 3 hours driving and waiting and waiting and waiting to be told they cannot find my item! 1 item and we showed them picture in there ad and Nada nothing zilch

Well I won 2 items but when show up to get items, only 1 item was there. Explanation given was that the time was on 2 diff sites…???

Reading all these negative reviews is concerning to say the least. I just had my first experience, this is what I experienced. I bought cheap items at East Phoenix and North Phoenix just for experimental reasons. I waited 40 minutes at East Valley to find out they did not have the proper components to make the item FUNCTIONAL (on premises guarantee). I politely asked for a refund (because this was nobody's fault, you should expect this if your going to buy like this). I emailed customer service and received a response immediately and got my refund in process the next day. (takes 3-5 days to get refund back on my card like every other business). I then went to North Phoenix and was checked in right away and had my items in minutes by friendly staff. These items were a 24hr Guarantee however to save myself time (45min drive) I unboxed and inspected on premises. (this will avoid a negative review on how annoyed I was I had to spend the gas and time to return the item). Here are a few suggestions, first, please read ALL the information provided by Auction Nation. Most of the negative reviews including "frauds," "crooks," etc, are nonsense. It is simply people who have not taken the time to read. Example- people use "they use fake photo's for all the products" as if they are catching them in a scheme calling them "frauds" when Auction Nation clearly states, over and over, that all images are stock photos. Click on the stock photos and look closely at the actual photos they provide. Second, learn what "on premises" "as is", and "24 hr guarantee" means. They provide in detail what to expect when buying these items. More than likely if you could not return an item, did not receive your item or did not get a refund, it is your own fault. Third, reasons you should not buy here: You are in a hurry so you expect others to be (this will take a considerable amount of time to do it correctly). You expect excellent customer service from those working in hot warehouses working physically hard all day. Employees that laugh, talk and listen to music bothers you. You are not handy. You are generally grumpy anyway. You cannot or do not take the time to READ. Last, over and over they warn you items may be missing hardware. This does not make them NON-FUNTIONAL. If you are not willing to make a trip to the hardware store to complete assemblies, you should probably not buy here. If you expect no damage, you should not buy here. If you do not have the time to follow their rules, you should not buy here. Whether you are buying for personal use or looking to make money I believe the potential is here. You just need to go in with the right expectations.

I had a great experience and I really enjoyed meeting the staff. Especially the receptionist
