Absolutely ridiculous wait times. I had to wait one hour to pick up my item. Yes item ONE item. There was somebody else that had just gone up to the counter to ask them how long it was going to be, she too had been waiting over an hour for her three items. Major disorganization at the front desk. When I first got there there were about seven customers standing around waiting. There were no employees at the front/sign in desk. I didn’t even know what to do. I read an enormous sign that said ID must be shown, no exceptions… Did they ask me for an ID? Absolutely not. This was my first time at Auction Nation. It’s also my last! My auction of choice, Nellis Auction is amazingly organized you literally drive up, your items come out your car, and you drive away (2 minutes or less)! Auction Nation is honest to goodness the most disorganized auction site I have ever dealt with! Never again!!!! I saw someone walking out to his car and I asked him how long he waited, he said oh about five minutes so obviously the orders are not taken in order as the people walk in, the front desk staff just picks and chooses who they want to get their items first. Dishonest practices!! Ridiculous! I drove almost an hour and a half to get to this location and it took me nearly just as long to stand there and wait for my one item.… Never again!!

Seller canceled transaction day after I had won bid and had arrange for pick up. Will never bid again from this company

If an item isn't as described they always make it right. Been using them for a couple years and will continue

Sold me a car with a bad engine after the review said that it was good and it drove fine and nothing was wrong with it

When I first started buying from auction nation, their staff was awesome, then they started cycling through their staff. Went from good service to worse service. They seemed to have stopped bidding on quality items as most items are really worn. If looking at my account the last 15-20 auctions I won I had to reject some of the items due to missing parts, being flat out broken, and we could see from condition of box it was busted and it was not the same item as was in the photo. Its like they just stopped caring about service. I switched to a couple other auction sites and they are much better ran and the people are awesome. They also take actual pictures of the items the list.

Always expert customer service. I got a pallet and made a good profit. Very satisfied with product and service. Great place to find what you need at a bargain. And the odd stuff is cool too.

Always easy to deal with, my only complaint is they need a contact phone at the Bell road location
