Always had a wonderful experience with AN. Had to return a item once & my account was credited within 24 hours. Bought 3, still in the box tool cabinets and sold all 3 for a VERY LARGE profit. Same with 2 lawnmower’s PROFIT all the way to the bank. Also have purchased items for the house. Auction Nation gets 2 thumbs up from me 👍👍

I have dealt with this company since inception. I have these two issues(I stand to be corrected) 1. You cannot search for a particular car on their website. I f I need a Toyota corolla I have to scroll 📜 down their 200 or so cars. 2. They do not have 'Coming soon' cars. I must keep on checking daily for that particular car. Which is impossible. 3. They only display cars that are selling today. Second or third day lists do not exist. Unless if there's a certain way to access thus otherwise, please fix it for us.

The auction, itself went smoothly, but the staff at the 1250 E University location in Mesa, where I picked up my item, were unfriendly and rude. The guy at the register, who initially helped me, acted as if I was bothering him when I walked through the door. The guy who brought up my item never spoke - he just stared and walked away after bringing it up to me. Lastly, neither the guy who brought me my item or the guy he was talking to when I returned the dolly said "you're welcome" or even "have a nice day" when I returned the dolly back and said "thank you". They both ignored me like I wasn't there as they continued talking to each other. This was a disappointing experience to say the least, especially considering how far I drove to be treated that way.

I was very unaware that the item I bid on was used. Not only that but very worn out. When on pick up I waited almost 2 hours to have one box brought to me. Horrible service and first time experience.

Bbq I got melted when i used it.
