Everything was as advertised. The only challenge was items needed to be picked up right after the online auction or the next day. That was hard to manage as it wasn't announced like that and the timing was vague until you won an auction.

I've been shopping on auction nation for about a year now. I've had a lot of success finding great deals and am happy with the service. I basically furnished my house with them. I'd say 85% of the items are in working order and not damaged beyond repair. Make sure you don't buy as is products without knowing it's scrap. Get the 24 hour guarantee products and test throughly at home, I burned myself by quick inspections to find out something is completely broken. Lol

I love buying items from the Tempe Az location because it’s closer to me than the other locations. I have had nothing but great experiences at this location. The one time I bought an item that was not what I bid on, they apologized and refunded my money. The gentleman in the front office is always so pleasant. I think Auction Nation is a great way to buy things you need and even what you don’t need. 😅

My purchase was missing multiple pieces. It's my fault for not confirming prior to accepting package. But I am surprised that something missing more than 5 pieces wouldn't be noticed and allowed to be auctioned. Ultimately it's my responsbility and I should have been more thorough, so be sure to check your purchase thoroughly prior to accepting

I bid on some husky work benches. Went all the way to Scottsdale to pick them up. Apparently the owner took them home or they gave them to someone else and they took them home. And I could have waited around for a couple hours until they could get them back to where these were supposed to be picked up. But I did not have the time to wait around. Plus I already drove an hour to get there. And oh “lucky me” they give me my money back for them. But I’m still out the time and the fuel cost to get out there and back for nothing. Although the contact lady from the auction site was extremely helpful and polite. Absolutely perfect.

Great site and easy to use. Just wish better pics or details of damage or quick visual info on items. Buy stuff all the time and will keep using them.

I am hooked on Auction Nation. Items prices are great. Wide variety of items available for bidding. Big problem Auction Nation becomes more popular bids go up nd items more expensive.

The $100 minimum for shipping means that I cannot bid on the items that I’m looking for. Please drop the minimum.
