Excellent communication! Very quick turn around time!

this website is a bit addicting, I won't lie. Also, it is great that there is no delay time between when someone makes a higher bid and when it's updated/when you receive a notification.

Worst auction site around. Tries to make everyone a third party vendor to put the liability on them when there's an issue.

The customer service is very responsive and helpful. It makes this site extremely easy to use. I have accidentally bid on two things and they were able to take back the bid. Thank you! Will continue using this site in the future.

The picture of the auction item and what we received are not the same thing.

I do not always receive an invoice on all of my purchases. I do like the fact that you can star an item and see it in your favorite next to your bids. I also like the fact that you can set a maximum bid. I will never do a location that has a one day load out. We waited in line for 30 minutes to just let them know we were there. Then we were there another hour before they started to pull our product. We were there for over 2 hours in the hot sun.. The employees were very kind and working as hard as they could to get everyone's product.

First time bidding and I won two items, and one of them was missing, or they accidentally gave it to someone else. I didnt want the refund I wanted my item.
