Not good pics. Stuff was junk. Stuff was missing

Some of there locations are great to purchase from. But the location on 27th Ave and bell rd I don't recommend. That location in my experience is Misleading in some of there listings and when you point that out to them they don't give you a refund.

I was never notified I won this auction. My inbox was notified only after pick up date had expired

I was not allowed to pick up my item and I was not refunded the money they told me to dispute it with my credit card company.

I was not aware of the new 2 day pick up and obviously I did not pay attention to the bid information. When I went to pick up my order on the 3rd day I was told my order was no longer available. The kid behind the counter didn't even try to look if my order was still in the back, he just said 2 day pickup sorry. Really??? So disappointed, if this location is finally on top of things after all these years we should have been notified.

Bought 2 items from independent seller, one was not the item pictured, the other was defective. Location had 7+ auctions with 1-day load out so wait time was long and there was no parking. Usually items are as pictured, unfortunately had a bad experience with this seller this time. Be wary of "AS-IS" items, and items with only stock photos.

Its been fun and saved money just wish the load out times were longer.

Christine has to be related to the owner ,otherwise she would be fired for NOT living up to her title of customer service! No place for sarcasm and the inability to follow through to solve a problem is acceptable in any business! Shame on her as a company representative.
