Awesome!!!!!!!!

My Granddaughter loves the cottage.

The ONLY reason why this didn't get 5 stars was lack of direction. A small sign saying auction pickup near the area would have made all the difference. We were planning on going to the casino first so we went upstairs when we got there. We asked a couple people as we were leaving if they knew exactly where to go since we didn't see anything when we got there initially. Basically from there we were sent on a wild Goose chase. We drove around the entire casino 2 times before we finally stopped at where we thought was the only place it could be. Thankfully it was. Once there, everyone was super nice and helpful and got us in and out. I will definitely be checking out more auctions but for a first timer at this location it was slightly stressful for a little bit.

Simple bidding. Good status updates. Pickup was easy.

I bought an item and when I came to pick it up they could not to find it. I was given refund but it was not what I came for.

Easy transaction. On site staff were friendly and helpful. Item as described and works great.

The photos are inaccurate on the website. The hiking chair that I won had I bag of an expensive brand worth $150 but when I opened the bag, the hiking chair was of different brand worth $40. So this wouldn't have happened if you have proper pics and description for the item. The coffee machine that I won is in good condition so I'm giving 3 stars. It's okay experience for me, don't know whether I'll be buying again.
