item was not what was presented in the bid, pictures showing 2 boxes, and there was only 1, which is only a portion of the item.

I have won 100's of auctions on Auction Nation and have yet to find anything that comes close to what they do. Large number of auctions and items per auction. They are head and shoulders above any of the others!

Very dirty establishment

I won an auction and went to pick up the next day, I went checked in and waited for about 30 minutes. After standing there with no instruction, one of the guys from the back asked my if I needed any help, I told him what I was picking up and he told me they over listed that product and didn't even have it. Wasted time and gas, the least they could of done is called and told me the error in the listing.

Auction Nation allowed for a very clean, straightforward transaction for the item I purchased. It is in the condition I expected it to be in, so I'm satisfied. Be prepared to do all item handling, dismantling, moving, and packing on your own. This is mentioned in the caveats for the auctions, but it's important to remember. Also to bring any tools you MIGHT need.

Thank you to all you work at the North Phoenix location. Great customer service. Everyone had a positive attitude, didn't make me feel stupid for asking a question on how things work when buying on their auctions. Always made me feel welcome even if I show up 2 mins before they close @ 6pm. Since I've worked customer service in the retail, customer service in my eyes is the most important part of retail and these guys nailed it out of the first bid. Keep it up.. everything worked as described.

Won an item , went on Saturday to pick up. Waited for just under and hour and asked the front desk about item when we were told the item is lost and refund will be issued. Not only did I not get my item, but my time and gas was wasted.
