Auction Nation is awesome. I always get great deals. It has always been super easy to pick up my items. Highly recommend, but I must warn you that it can become addicting!

Auction Nation is a hit or miss with purchases. I've had more good purchases than I've had bad purchases.

I do enjoy a great deal on various products, so after finding AuctionNation, I was in heaven. I recently purchased a Masterbuilt smoker that retails for $225. My winning auction price was $90!! The process for pickup was super easy and the people working in the North Phoenix store were incredibly helpful with loading my purchase into my vehicle. I’ll be buying more before the year ends!!

sold me two shower curtains that weren't curtains at all, just slips of fabric on round fake jewelry. Does anybody even look at this stuff before they put it up for sale? Geez...

I purchased an unassembled desk that came in a box. The only problem is that there were parts missing from the box and there is no way to know this until you get it home, unpackage it, and start to assemble. Of course the sale only has an onsite warranty. The AN employee was kind enough to offer a 24 hour warranty when I picked it up, but I didn't have time to assemble it within 24 hours so I missed out on that window. Anyway, if it is something that requires assembly, make sure you get a good enough deal on it to make it worthwhile if/when there are parts missing . Also, someone had obviously tried to assemble it before and there were damaged parts. I just wish they would disclose these things on the listing so buyers could make an informed decision.

I purchased about 20 items in the past 2 weeks. Three of the items were either defected or misrepresented in some way. I was able to return 1 (5 weeks for a refund), the correct tem was eventually found after 40 min and the third I had to eat the cost. I final cripe is the "charging" test stations at several locations. I was never able to find ANY chargers. Every station had a power strip but no chargers.

Everything was broken and did not work.

I got exactly what I wanted and everyone was very pleasant and the service was quick.
