Bought a Ninja and in the description it said used once. Got it home and opened up a few days later to find the pitcher had a hole right through it. Yes I can get a replacement but for what I paid I would have more into it than what I can buy new. So I think if you are selling this kind of stuff you should take it out of the box and inspect it so a person don’t end up with something they cannot use.

You changed your pick up times witch I can't do I had to take time off of work to go pick what I purchased witch cost me more time and money so I will not buy from you again I also told 4 of my friends about that and they can't leave work also so now you lost 5 customers and your West side auction is a joke with there times open and there very rude sorry but can't buy from you anymore

Good customer service the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I wish they would do more shopping but the items they do ship are fast and packed well I like how they keep me updated on my bids I will continue to do bisiness
