AuctionNation is OK but would make them outstanding is if they employed a spellchecker. It’s pointless to search for an item when the data entry person can’t spell simple words. Yes, they’re very busy trying to get everything posted but this is a basic fundamental.

A lot of quality items at bargain prices! Sometimes there is a small part missing & they have always been solid about taking the products back or finding a part to make it work.

I love Auction nation.. I have been coming for years to all of the different auction sites. They have really become organized and efficient.. I would like to point out North Phoenix and West Valley. Both of these are kind and extremely helpful.. A special shout out to Iven at West Valley and also the Warehouse Manager who really went out of the way to help me.. Thanks Vicky K

A lot of times the item your selling might say it's a refrigerator, but the picture shows a shovel. Also I might be watching for a particular auction and all of a sudden, like this morning, the auction I have been watching for is now over. I never seen it show up. When I'm at one of the auction houses, I ask them "hey is this item in the auction and they say yes, but I can't find it".

I have been buying from auction nation since they first opened . It's a gamble, sometimes you get a good deal and other times you get ripped off. You must be very careful , they don't take anything back.

Most of the products are in great shape.
