I love bidding on things I need around the house when I find them in one of the many auctions in phoenix. For the most part the starting bids at Auction Nation auctions are very reasonable and affordable. My latest winning bid was for $5 where I got a beautiful single bowl stainless steel kitchen sink! Something I’ve been wanting for sometime. I also like how they rotate the inventory through all of their Auction locations so that everyone throughout the valley has an opportunity to find something they love.

I recently won some items from the East Phoenix auction but was very surprised to find out that they only give two days for pick up. I thought they might show some mercy as it was my first time to that location but they said there was nothing they could do even though I was there at opening time one day later. I explained my disappointment to Francisco at the other Fara Investment West Valley location. He offered to give me store credit for his store for the forfeited items at East Phoenix. I knew Fransisco was a good man before this but now I have even more respect for him as an honest businessman.

I been in auction nation for more than 1 year and most of the time I got good stuff for cheap.

They always have auctions to look at and if you win one especially the shipping ones they do it all and make it easy. I have not had any problems with the items I have received! I enjoy this site easy to use.

It's a good company. The trick is its comprised of independent resellers and they arent all. Over time you might learn to not trust some of them. I've seen some (Glendale airpark) that change item listing descriptions mid auction. Sometimes an item is broken when it shouldn't be, that is generally easy to handle. Very rarely they cant find it. Mostly very good resellers.

This review is mostly to the customer service for the N. Phx location. It is an awful experience. All the Shill bidding makes the experience extremely unpleasant and unethical

Broken furniture

It seems strange that the price I place for a maximum bid is what the item always sells for. It's like someone see's my/our bids and automatically bids up the that amount. VERY STRANGE!
