I love using Auction Nation! My favorite is the Go Gambit Elwood location. Especially Kayla! The staff is super friendly and provide great descriptions on the items they have available. I have never had an issue that wasn't solved at any location.

It is nice they put multiple sellers together on the same website. But you have to beware and learn about each seller. I have good and bad experiences at each individual seller location. It would be nice if I could read reviews about those individual sellers and be warned what to expect when I show up to pick up the merchandise.

There were multiple items I was bidding on that just disappeared completely. The descriptions were not matching the item pictures. Overall chaos and completely unorganized

When I purchased the bed it said frame and mattress and when I picked it up it was only the frame

99% of the time, I'm completely satisfied. However, I have had two expensive items which, when I got home, did not work. One was a portable hard drive with no cable, one a propane tabletop firetable. I don't carry cables and propane with me, and it's a shame they don't stand behind their items. Not sure how much I will buy in the future from them.

It's a great way to acquire equipment that you could not otherwise afford. Bidding is easy. Paying is easy. Picking days could be longer, but, you know them going in. Overall, a good experience.

I have been doing business with Auction Nation for many years. The staff is always nice and quite helpful at the North Phoenix location. Joey is very helpful and knows what he is doing.
