Another return

This is the third time an item was returned because of broken and misding parts. Now I must wait 5 or 7 or 10 days for a refund. I was fortunate to be able to check this item out prior to leaving and then having to return with the broken product. How is preview possible when hundreds of products move through each location each day.

Love this company. Simple, honest, and products are always as descibed. I dont use auction sites often, but when i do, I only trust Auction Nation.

Bad Experience

On a normal basis, I really haven't had a bad experience with auction nation. However this particular time , I do feel that I have a valid complaint. On of the lot numbers I had bid on was pulled from the auction without notification. I feel that was right because had that group of items not been listed originally , I probably would not have bid on any items. Feel free to call me, Jeffrey Chuirazzi

Pick ups are always easy and moving…

Pick ups are always easy and moving through the line quickly at the Glendale Airpark location. The 27th ave location seems to be in confuse many times when I have went in and have to wait up to 30 minutes to get my items.

Sells broken trash and wont accept returns

Used to be a good company to find deals. Now all they do is sell broken junk and won't accept ANY returns even if it's within there stated policy. They refused to refund me a $70 piece of furniture that didnt come with any hardware to put it together. I emailed customer service within an hour of picking it up and they told me no refund. I have opened a dispute with my CC company and will no longer do business with them. I was spending hundred or even thousands a month here and this is how they treat there customer base. Run far away before buying anything from this company. One more thing. The Arizona Attorney General has an open case against this company for buyer manipulation. I have contacted the AG to turn over all of my documents as evidence and have also stated I will be a witness to any crimes brought against there crooked CEO. Just do a google search on this company. You wont want to do business with them.

Need to improve customer…

I paid my invoice the next morning after the auction and they have been calling me 3 times asking me to pay… I le lady call me and ask are you going to pay or not very rude.
