Good experience

Closing time is 6 PM @ North Phoenix. I understand that, but to not let somebody pick up 3 small items at 6:01 coming from Mesa is poor customer service!! Normally when this happened in the past, I was allowed access and given my items. When employees in management are not allowed to make decisions about slight variations in man-hours, this is usually the result...

It was easy. I bid and picked it up.

I would give it higher stars but the bulk auctions are a bunch of junk or broken parts mostly... would like to see them put some working products in them but...

I have been buying from auction nation for a couple years and have always had good experiences.

This is mostly aimed at the 27ave phoenix store. Your store has either cut back employees or just doesn't want to take the time to take a picture of the items up for auction on several occasions I have had to bid on an item that you did not take out of the box.( Only a photo of the Box ) when I win I have to drive down to pick up the Item but when I get there I open the box and what is inside is not even the product I was bidding on so now I wasted my time bidding and driving to your store I waste my time and gas for something that you miss represented to the bidders this has happened to me 5 or 6 times . One time I asked to speak to someone about it and the guy I spoke to didn't seem to care I believe he said...It is what it is we can't open every box. now days if it is only a picture of the box I don't bid on it. I never have this problem with Nellis auctions.

Too many items give no detail on item. When picking up it can be almost destryed from working properly but we bid on a perhaps "new" unit.
