AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We have been submitting meter reading each month, and calling each month to track our usage. We were told each time that we are underusing our allowance. Today we received an email stating that we have been overusing electricity and raised the bill by £180 a month! It’s absolutely disgusting. The bunch is only looking for ways to overcharge you, take as much money as possible and tell you “we are looking into it”, they never will, had similar issue before myself and my friends all had similar experience. If you want bills stress-free - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Great energy provider, helpful staff

After the company “Just move in” completely messed up our energy and broadband switch, telling us we could swap, charging us for it, and then going back and saying that it wasn’t possible and charging us twice for both tariffs, I couldn’t get a hold of them at all after multiple emails and calls. I was flat out ignored. As students we really could not afford this extra payment. I was at a complete loss until the bunch (our original energy provider) gave me a call. Guy on the phone was great, so helpful, and layed out my options very clearly despite having nothing to do with the error, and no requirement to help at all, which I think most energy companies would not care about and would be quite happy to take your money and not help with the issue (like just move in). All sorted now and couldn’t be happier.

Misleading sales

I was told there would be no break in energy supply, paid a weeks worth up front to cover the gap between the move and the first dd being paid, when the electric and gas switched off only then was I told that it could be 2-4weeks before my account with bunch kicked in despite having paid an upfront payment. I was miss led and mid sold. I will never deal with this company again.
