Absolutely nonsense. They are scam only used them for 4 months, had a fixed tariff with them and now they coming with higher bills payment. And I called them to complain about this payment cos it's ridiculously high. Was told 141£ Now I'm being asked to pay 300+ They are a big scam I wish I had read the review before using bunch. Upon having this issue , I read the review and saw that they do that to everyone. Pls don't use them. They a big FRAUD.

I have been struggling with the bunch recently and after months of chasing I finally spoke to someone really helpful, someone called Mik managed to resolve the issue for me Straight away he was so helpful and reassuring and was lovely ! Giving 5 stars to him ! For this experience but not really happy with the other aspects if it wasn’t for him I’d have probably tried to leave !
