Do not use - they are just after your money
Do not waste your time with this company. They claim to make your life simpler but they make it considerably more difficult and you will be dealing with them for months after your contract has ended. Firstly, they tried to add a £10 per person per month management fee after the first month (which was conveniently not mentioned in the contract) which was finally removed months later after countless phone calls and emails (we had to show them where they had failed to mention this). Secondly, we waited 4 months before even receiving our final bill (which we had to chase up multiple times), only to see they had charged us £30 for "missing broadband equipment". Luckily, we had the sense to take a picture of all the equipment before we sent it back, and kept the proof of postage, and suddenly the broadband team managed to find the thing they claimed was missing - how convenient! Despite being told that we would receive an immediate refund for this incorrect charge, two months later it had still not been issued. After (even more) phone calls and emails, they came up with countless excuses as to why they had not issued our refund. We only received this (nearly three months later) after threatening legal action. This is the perfect bills company for you if you want to wait 200 days after the end of your contract, and have enough time to be constantly chasing them, for the money they owe you - or if you have a background in law. If you are a student, either go with another company or sort your bills yourself, I promise it will be significantly easier and a way cheaper.

Do not use them.They were amazing initially then when it came to renewing the rates increased drastically, trying to bill me now for "additional usage" and won't release me to go across to Octopus saying I owe them £1000 , it's only been 2 months. They promise to call you back, never do. Spare yourself the frustration go to a larger company that knows how to operate.
