Awful, my son left them in August and they are still taking payments now (today 20 Jan 2025), this is now 6 months since he left!!!

The members of staff from The Bunch that I spoke to were fantastic in understanding the problems I was facing with bill letter complications, and worked to resolve my problem and raise issues with management team from a said energy company. The customer service was excellent and put me at ease with the situation keeping me in the mix with updates too. I would highly reccommend Bunch and their superb team of staff.
