One advice never use Bunch

One advice never use Bunch, use the energy supplier directly. Bunch will charge you more , they increase any time they want, no transparancy , no customer service . After switching out from Bunch I am paying less than the half with the new supplier.

If I could give this company less than…

If I could give this company less than one star I would. We moved out of our house in mid August and have since had to contact them weekly about recieving our final bill. No updates for weeks until we got external help and they finally gave it to us, now all my housemates have each recieved their £380 refund and I did not because it was the incorrect bank details, which I did not get contacted about until I emailed the customer support team myself that I did not have the refund yet. I am furious. This company is absolute dogshite and are insanely incompetent. DO NOT! I repeat, DO NOT!! use them to manage your bills. They will overcharge you and fob you off as much as possible. There's definitely something sketchy about this company they need looking into. I have left the same review on google. I am absolutely furious.
