No longer a customer but they are still trying to take money from my account.
I used bunch as my provider for a year. They did not cancel my subscription after my tenancy ended. I move out of my home 4 months ago. Every day!! I mean everyday without fail…. for the last 4 month this company has tried to take a direct debit out of my account for £173 which was not the amount I was originally paying for my bills. Which is odd! I have emailed the bunch to ask to remove my data, cancel my account and stop attempting to take from my account as I am no longer a customer with them. I have asked more than 5 times via phone email. I am told every time I will get a reply and that I should not receive anymore correspondence or direct debit attempts but I still do. I receive emails as though I am a customer despite asking to remove all my data and I still get direct debit attempt to my account. I would not suggest you use the bunch if this would be a concern you.

Refund query
Molly dealt with my query regarding an email I sent to The Bunch to enquire when I will receive my refund if I am owed anything as my contract ended on 03/08/2024. Molly was very professional and provided me with an excellent level of customer service and gave me an estimated time that I would receive my refund if owed anything. I wish Molly good luck in her role at The Bunch and thank you Molly :)
