Bad, bad, bad service once they have your business. Company constantly charges me a late fee of £20 every month when taking payment by Direct Debit but my payment is not late. I have tried calling multiple times but the queue times are stupid . So disappointed in this service.

STAY AWAY; Cannot be trusted, lied during sales call, and seemingly ignore meter readings for there own made up estimates
STAY AWAY. You provide meter readings, they ignore them and make up absurdly high “estimates” that they send to the energy comoanys. Going to have to be a 1 star from me until they resolve my issue. Got referred by JustMoveIn; pain free utilities at competitive rates “Sounds Good?” Bunch Sales Rep; “Fixed Rate water” sounds good “Any gas needed” Me”Nope; heating is included in my rent due to the land lady paying service charges for a communal heating scheme” Bunch Sales Rep; “I don’t have an option for that when I go to electric only, so the monthly rate will be set at £158 , but don’t worry your usage will be way under that so we can revise the cost soon” Me;”well it’ll all go into my allowance so no harm there” Its been 4 months, I am still paying £158 and everytime they work their way out of revising it for no discernible reason. Now I can see why the reviews about not getting money owed back for months after contract end come from, But I refuse to be put in that situation. I won’t bore with each iteration of “sure we’ll look to reduce your fee” and then “no but just keep giving us meter readings and all will be good” Well what if I told you I provided monthly meter readings which The Bunch ignored and then produced bills from the electric company which are so far from reality they had my closing reading in July so high that I didn’t even hit this number by the end of August! To put it another way in three months The Bunch have generated made up meter readings that are already a month ahead of my actual usage. Seems like a fundamental break down of trust, accurate billing, and basic decency. A customer service agent told me that the operations team deemed these differences “within tolerances and therefore accurate”, if accurate means double the amount of accurate usage I’d hate to aee what innacurate is! Response to the reply; I was billed in June for 110Kwh more than I used, and billed in july for a meter reading I wouldn’t hit for another month. It doesnt matter if the opening reading was accurate, you let me input meter readings and then ignore them. Also your response does nothing to addresss the sales tactics of implying future payment reduction in line with usage, which can’t happen if you dont upkeep accurate billing information.
