Unresponsiveness
After my contract expired, they never gone back to me about the (possible) reimbursements I have with them. I called multiple times and they never had concrete timeline. It's been more than 3 months now (they promised 6-8 weeks) that no one is giving me any feed back. Not going back with bunch

Jim Kelly was my customer service manager who help me onboard on the-bunch. He and the entire team at the-bunch was super helpful and transparent. He helped me understand all the details, resolved one of the issues regarding water connection and then helped me with the contract closure as well. Will recommend highly!
