Bad supplier I have even seen

This supplier is really bad . When they contact they told me is fixed 120 paunds per month and then a month they charge me 180 paund is extra and said Is over due . This is not fair firstly we talked I have been told it was going to be fixed price whatever I use more or less.till making contact they are really nice but after contract can. OT be easy to contact. I mailed 10 times I have not got mail back. I have found new supplier They contact with them and this bunch bas been objected 3 times They don’t even let me switched Not even contacting me what is the reason why they object. Even costumer service they told me they will call me back after listening our conversation a month ago they will still call me for it. I have never seen this kind of bad company as they are. I am really regret really regret I don’t recommend even 1 percentage. Don’t start using their electricity gas anything .

I find it hard to believe that this…

I find it hard to believe that this company is charging me £170 for a missed appointment. An engineer was scheduled to come on the 13th of September for an installation. The email I received a week prior clearly stated that I should ensure either I or someone over 18 was home, which I did. On the day of the appointment, while I was at work, I got a call saying I had missed the appointment because the engineer was denied access to the military barracks. If the engineer lacked the credentials to enter, you should have informed me in advance. I'm not happy about paying £170 when I had made the necessary arrangements and was available.
