They are a scam. After a year since my contract ended they are trying to charge for “over usage” which is wrong. They charged our final amount of that tenancy contract so high for per student to cover any over usage during our whole contract. Also, the 5star reviews you see, are so they can get a £5 off their next month bill, I did this when I was with them. So dont believe the 5 star reviews.

Absolutely dismal company, no replies, never answer phone, bot gets cut off and now they tell me they cant provide broadband at my sons flat, when i signed up for it and they took money.
