I have bought a total landlord insurance from them after I explained to the salesperson what i was looking for. I kept renewing my policy for years and never submitted any claims. Recently my flat had a problem to fix which falls within the policy coverage. To my shock the claim was rejected. All landlords who bought through Hamilton and Fraser must review their policies because you may be sleeping at night thinking you are covered well but in fact you are not. I have submitted my complaint….nothing has been done as of now. What a joke Total landlord insurance should be rebranded ZERO cover. The staff who is working on it is Melissa Insurance Claim -TLI/COV/000948/PREM-000025234 You try to push the claims to the building insurance policy who already said to me anything inside every flat should be covered by the landlord insurance. At the end of the day even though I am paying my dues you guys at the insurance sides you both play the blaming game and people like me end up paying for the whole price….because each one tries to wash his hands off. Extremely unethical behaviour in this insurance industry.
