I will like to say thank you to Stacey for taking that time out to explain the renewal of my Landlord Insurance. She was extremely professional with her approach and made me feel comfortable even thou my new policy payments had increase. It was a pleasure knowing and feeling that at the end of telephone call I knew what I was getting regarding my insurance cover.

Insurance is usually horrendously…

Insurance is usually horrendously complicated, bureaucratic and nitpicking. Hamilton Fraser manage to make it more simple, straightforward and, most importantly, comprehensible to landlords who are also normal people.

Email can’t receive at all I have not…

Email can’t receive at all I have not received my documents yet but received emails to rate how good service provided. Took nearly 10 days after quotation was provided. Ring and left massage no recalled. After trying no joy send emails then call back. Very poor service.
