** Update ** I think you should go back and read up on all of this before you make a comment as I have raised a formal complaint with Sam. I have also asked to escalate this and I have been told that I can't go above Sam?!?! The first finance contract was agreed and I have never disputed this but why would we enter into a finance contract to have a voiceover on my line? I was told by Sam last week that there is no such thing as finance for an IVR and that is simply known as an add on. I am awaiting a callback from Sam directly this morning but in the meantime, whoever wrote this reply really should check the facts before steam rolling in with false information. ** Further Updates** 1 Star is too much! Proceed with caution. This company will force you into a finance agreement even if you don't need it. They push you from pillar to post when they don't want to deal with you. Samuel Duckworth is the complaints manager but you cannot go above him. There is no way to escalate your complaint after Sam and they don't even care when you involve Ofcom. Be very very wary of false promises just to get you into a contract! UPDATED Review:- Everything was fantastic until the contract had been finalised and ever since, the customer service has been appalling. As a result, I am now looking for an alternative provider. It seems that once you have given a 5* review you are no longer a priority. After contemplating the switch for over 2 years we finally threw caution to the wind and jumped in with both feet!! We have yet to be disappointed. Danny set everything up for us and tailored the package to suit our requirements. Sam was our installation engineer. Nothing is too much trouble for him despite me pestering the life out of him!! All-round excellent service and were looking forward to decreased telecom bills & working with Halo for the foreseeable future :-)

Very bad service worst company to work with regret moving on to this company from day one no one answering the phones and dealing with faults on the telephone over Christmas period had asked to have Christmas opening and closing hours playing on message in evening and through the Christmas period not done down to one line at the premises and not even a call from support to rectify the matter very unsatisfied.
