Messed about twice with people not coming to do EPC rating; no communication to us until it’s too late, took holiday for second appointment and never turned up. Would not recommend again.

Fantastic, friendly & so quick to come back with advice, recommendations & results of our EPC.

Had some queries on the EPC. Wasn’t allowed to speak to the assessor, everything has to be put in writing. Could have all been resolved in a 5 minute call. Still awaiting responses. Queries on the EPC and queries on the report. I know a lot of what they do is dictated by the rules but it would be good to have some understanding of what those rules are, because some things seem to be plainly wrong. Filled this in via a link and actual date of EPC was the 11th, not as it suggests the 12th. Though I did speak to them on the 12th, which is when I was told…
