Again she explained everything to us. From start to finish everything was perfect. The report came out on you,Gov exactly when the lady said it would. Couldn't fault the process

Booked the time slot of 9-1, received a call at 12:10 to say my engineer would arrive at 12:50. Sat around all morning waiting for my appointment when the engineer could have called at 9 o’clock to tell me his planned arrival time. Won’t be using again.
