Stephen carried out the EPC check professionally and with courtesy. However, I have not as yet received an amended EPC although it is over a week since the appointment. I had been told that this would only take a few days.

Very competent survey. Report not totally relevant to a listed building with the planning restrictions in place so suggested energy improvements essentially impossible or hopelessly uneconomic. Nevertheless useful to have such knowledge of possible improvements.
