Myself and neighbour booked at exactly the same time but only hers went through, even though it said when booking it was confirmed. When she turned up she was only booked in for next door. We explained the situation and she was very helpful to get it sorted for mine to be done at the same time as this was why we booked them together so they don’t have to go here there and everywhere as this often happens. She was happy, polite, helpful, courteous and quick while doing her bits and bob’s. It’s always nice to see someone with a smile. So thank you.

They arrived on time and worked well. I thought it a little strange that he asked if the construction was cavity wall when the only face exposed to the outside was double glazed glass panels and doors. He did not find the zone valves for the underfloor central heating but these were behind an inaccessible panel in the laundry cupboard

Assessor was polite, friendly and efficient and explained that he could only assess based on what he could see, fair comment. I was a little distubed when he said he couldnt see the depth of the loft insulation becaus a small amount was boarded over, the majority of the loft was visible. I dont know whether this affected the rating.
