Your chap was to quick to make a proper assessment of our property. We offered help to open one of our loft hatches, he refused, the hatch fell and damaged a picture frame and the wall it hung from. He was polite, but we would like to see his qualifications to do this type of work.

Inaccurate costing

The surveyor was not as thorough as I would have expected and final report that suggested things to improve the house had estimates that were way out cost wise. As they have not seen my utility bills I cannot see how they can calculate a cost savings.

Rubbish communication

What went wrong ? Your complete lack of response to a customer. How could you improve. 1. Communicate with the customer when asked to do so. 2. Give a more accurate visit time. 3, answer the phone…..it’s a customer calling. What did I do. 1. Tried to get through by phone. Your number was given to me by Ashley Adams who were very concerned when I told them what has happened. 2, sent you an email outlining the events.

bookings cancelled by them

2 bookings cancelled by them - then couldn't get through to customer services. I made a booking with vibrant. They called me to cancel it as the assessor was no longer available on the day of the appointment! They then cancelled the second appointment, with half a day's notice (I had already arranged to be home), though did not have the courtesy of calling me directly. Instead, it was all through email and text messages. I had to rebook it again. I tried to call them to complain, but was kept on hold for over 40 minutes and then gave up. The latest cancellation was two days ago and they still can’t give me a date! Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Was kept informed throughout the process.

Rang to say what time he’d be arriving and rang again to keep us up to date when he was running late. Had respect for our property and asked relevant questions.

We had our ECP carried out on Saturday morning. The representative was very friendly and told us every thing that he was doing. He explained how it’s worked out.
