Quick and efficient

Superficial Assessment of Grade II Listed Property. Assumptions are incorrect, but I don't have documentation from between 50 to 400yrs ago for the assessment to be corrected. As a result the estimated EPC is 4 grades lower than the actual operational energy efficiency of the property. Consequently. the recommendations are pointless as they've already been done. About time the EPC Assessment process overhaul that's been in the works for years is completed and we focus on the actual and not just the theoretical.

My appointment had to be cancelled by me at the last minute and it was rebooked very quickly. The opperative that came over was very professional and did the work swifty. At all times he let me know when he was to arrive.
