Onlinebestellung kam angeblich nicht an, weswegen ich keine Bestellnummer erhielt. Komischerweise hat die Weiterleitung an Paypal zwecks Vormerkung der Bezahlung trotzdem funktioniert…. Service kann/will ohne Bestellnummer nichts machen. Willkommen im Teufelskreis dee Servicewüste… war jetzt auch keine Penutsbestellung, sondern die Titanic für 679,99€ aber scheinbar hat man bei Lego umsatz nicht nötig. Ergebnis: Ware nicht mehr Bestellbar, kein Geburtstagsgeschenk und eine Paypal-Zahlungsvormerkung über 675€. Daher kann ich den Shop nicht empfehlen.

I only purchased my first Lego set…

I only purchased my first Lego set within the last year and I had so much fun putting it together but when I came to the last bag I had pieces missing and the fun I had was ruined. I’d spent hours invested only for it to be soured. Yes Lego sent replacement pieces but I had to wait for days and it completely ruined the satisfaction of starting the project and finishing it. I purchased the Lego Batman helmet and it did look fantastic when complete so I then purchased more and to date I have purchased 4 helmets, 2 of the gauntlets and the x wing. One only of those sets had all the pieces and that was the x wing, out of 7 that is atrocious. How can such a big company be so incompetent. I complained after the first 2 and I received a very ungenerous voucher not even to the value of a helmet. I was even told that Lego weigh out the pieces so there can’t be this many faults. I’m sorry but that is a lie and here is why. Every set of Lego I’ve has had spare pieces in the bags and not just a few but quite a lot. So how could they possibly be weighed for accuracy? Just a throw away customer service line. After the last helmet had missing pieces I complained again only to be told I’d already received a voucher the time before so what is my problem. After that I didn’t buy another one for a while but when I saw the iron man gauntlet I had to and thought surely it couldn’t happen again. Of course it did, the last bag had two pieces missing so now I’m waiting for the pieces after spending hours invested I’m finishing it. You’d think after such incompetent business practice they would do and spend whatever it takes to get it to you quickly but no they advise 9-12 business days so they must use the cheapest post service possible. I’ve given you all the facts and you can make up your own mind about what kind of a company Lego is and what they think of their customers but for a wealthy company to put such little effort into the most basic task of ensuring you get in the box what you paid for with your money and then to not even spend the money to get you the parts they failed to send in a good reasonable time I can only say that Lego does not care about the customer. And yes the sets look brilliant when they are all assembled but Lego really does strip all the fun out of it along the way.

Purtroppo inaffidabili

Purtroppo inaffidabili, ho acquistato dal loro sito un prodotto disponibile con consegna espressa (entro 2 giorni lavorativi al costo di 29 euro) e quando dopo 3 giorni ho contatto il servizio clienti per sapere come mai il prodotto risultasse ancora “in magazzino” mi è stato detto che il prodotto non era disponibile. Purtroppo si trattava di un regalo. Vi sconsiglio di ordinare dal sito ufficiale.

Hopeless

Hopeless. Placed an order on line on 5/10/22, took almost a week to actually ship it, couldn't track it because the "track your order" function on their web site doesn't work. Rang on 24/10 and told the order was delivered, then it wasn't delivered, then it was returned to Lego. No contact from Lego or DHL about any of this until I rang. The order was re done 24/10, still not shipped on 27/10 and their 1800 8232 757 is inoperable. What is going on? Lego products are great, Lego Australia is hopeless. Does Lego in Finland know what's going on? They're going to find out soon.

Paket zurückgeschickt, kein Geld erhalten

Paket zurückgeschickt. Erstattung der Zahlung nicht in Sicht obwohl das Paket vor einem Monat bei Lego eingegangen ist. 3 Gespräche mit dem Kundenservice. 2 Mal MUSSTE die iban durchgegeben werden, weil sonst nicht erstattet werden kann, obwohl per Überweisung gezahlt wurde. Ob ich das Geld je wiedersehe? Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I came here thinking that I was going to the best most reputable company as I was purchasing a very expensive lego set for my husbands birthday. I made the purchase and paid over the phone. 2 days later still received no confirmation email, I contacted the online chat service who told me they where awaiting payment. The customer service assistant was very unhelpful and as bad as this is going to sound her English wasn't the best. I was told I needed to give my payment details. So I did again and this time received an order number immediately. For my trouble I was given free express shipping, or so I thought 24 hours later I received a cancellation email saying I hadn't passed security and needed to contact them. Low and behold not open weekends so had to wait until Monday. Again I rang to be told they needed an authorisation code from the bank so I provided them with this. 2 hours later another cancellation email. Needless to say I left the order cancelled and reordered with another company who delivered within 24 hours. I will never ever buy from this company again.

Wij hebben eentreintje besteld voor onze kleinzoon op vrijdag 21 oktober het zou 2 tot 3 dagen duren maar ik heb een mail gestuurd hoe het met de betaling ging,werd daarover gebeld lego.com had het druk en 2 dagen vetraging dus qi vroegen of het zaterdag binnen was kon ze ons niet garanderen we konden het niet meer annuleren wel retour sturen wat heeft mevr van de klantenservice gedaan het treintje opgestuurd via expres treintje is 19,95 express kosten 28.95 nou daar hebben wij niet omgevraagd en ik vindt het raar dat dat zomaar gedaan wordt maar wij accepteren dat echt niet je moet elke bestelling kunnen annuleren maar bij lego.com niet ik hoop dat de communicatie wat beter verloopt want wij worden hier niet vrolijk van

Jeg er ikke sur, jeg er skuffet. Min sidste bestilling kom som 4 individuelle pakker, og min forrige bestilling kom som 3 pakker. Det er ret tankevækkende miljømæssigt at I ikke går lidt mere op i at minimere transportudledninger ved evt. at kombinere sættene mere. Eksempelvis fik jeg en lille VIP-polybag sendt fra Belgien. Den kunne da sagtens være på lager ved jeres andre afsendelseslagre? Jeg synes LEGO burde være længere fremme på den grønne afdeling, især når I bærer et større ansvar end andre virksomheder (plastik fantastic). Jeg ville ønske jeg kunne købe LEGO i en fysisk butik, men pick-a-brick er ikke nemt at finde i Nordjylland.
