Supplied by Hughes but delivered and installed (washing machine) by Amazon. No problems whatsoever- good price/ in stock/ arrived on expected day and fitted in a professional manner. All ancillaries in packaging- manual/ hose/ transit bolts in machine

Easy to use website to compare products. Telephone numbers and other contact details very simple to find. Sales team easy to get hold of on the phone. Very polite and informative. So helpful and pain-free to order my oven. Could even pick a Saturday delivery which was free! The delivery company dropped me a text the day before and updated me on the day with a two hour delivery window. Oven is great. Cannot fault Hughes at all. Will DEFINITELY buy from Hughes again. Thank you Adam and Sarah for sorting me out with a great oven and a top class delivery service. PS, Love the oven too!

Site is not down however is glitching majorly. Will not let us past the Checkout page. When the site does let us through, it takes deposit from us then glitches and doesn't work. I still don't know whether my deposit of £100 will come back. Tried to speak to someone on live chat however they sounded rude and unprofessional. Did not help. Absolutely fuming with how today has gone on this website.

Rapid delivery and good price.

Great price for the Haier washing machine.I bought the 10kg machine as it was cheaper than the 9kg for some reason. Delivery team were great.

I had an issue with my fridge, that wasn't dealt with at the point of delivery. Sue from Hughes called me a few times to arrange a replacement, at a day and time, to suit me. She was absolutely amazing and she should be recognised for her fabulous customer service.
