When I needed a new fridge-freezer ASAP, this company offered a great choice of products at excellent prices with much faster delivery and installation than any of the other big retailers.

Fridge not collected!

Delivery company ArrowXL / Hughes did not collect the old fridge even though I had paid for it! Sounded like ArrowXL did not want to collect as the drivers said there was no room on the van when they arrived. Hughes didn't sound at all surprised about it. They offered me a refund on delivery and suggested I arrange with another company to collect! Very disappointed :(

Poor communication, terrible customer service

Really disappointed with my first order with Hughes electrical. Appliance failed to be delivered on requested date and no notification whatsoever from Hughes regarding this. I have emailed them requesting an explanation for the delay but despite a week passing have received no response whatsoever from them. There is no communication from this company and they appear to have no regard or respect for their customers. I will be unlikely to use them again as a result. UPDATE. Hughes reply is incorrect. Courier didn’t deliver to wrong address. I phoned Hughes on expected delivery date who confirmed delivery had been changed by them not the courier. Even now Hughes aren’t being honest
