Great samung washing machine!

They had a great January sale for washing machines , £200 off list, then an extra £70 price match off ! Great comms and a perfect delivery and collection of the old machine . I can't fault any off it . Delivery men were cheerful and knowledgeable. Perfect ! .

Really bad website payment and CS! So not helpful!

I tried to order a LG to with Hughes, the first time they did charged me but the I received an email that the order cannot process as it is a promotion, I tried to ordered it again, and they charged me again but still cannot process the order, I called to the customer service and they keep answer me that they cannot do anything or even help me to hold or process the order. So really frustrating and bad experience! And now they are still holding my money but not processing my order!

Great price, but …

All went well with my order of a Beko fridge freezer until delivery day. The courier company were excellent but the packing was badly damaged right next to the cooling element. I was worried that the appliance itself might be damaged, so declined to accept delivery. I received an email from the couriers within a couple of hours confirming this. That was on a Friday. Having heard nothing from Hughes about a replacement, on the following Tuesday, late afternoon, I telephoned them to find out what was happening. Bizarrely, I was told I had to re-order. I had expected that they would have done this automatically and simply contacted me to rearrange delivery, not that I would have to chase them to get this done. Happily, the replacement arrived intact on the Friday, just a week later than anticipated. I do wonder, though, what would’ve happened if I had not taken the initiative to chase Hughes for a replacement? I think Hughes need to be proactive in circumstances such as these and not leave it to the customer, hence my 3-star rating.

New Fridge Freezer

Really good price for the appliance and free delivery so that is always good. On unpacking found slight damage on the freezer door. Emailed customer service and a partial refund was issued. Many thanks to Genevieve for sorting that so quickly. Very happy with both the product and customer service so will definitely buy from Hughes again.
