Love the comfort and style of the bike! Bike arrived quickly, however, there were a few hiccups assembling the bike and more detailed instructions may have been helpful to make the process smoother. I love the look of the bike, unfortunately the tires arrived with a yellow tint to them rather than white. Customer service was very responsive and sent a new pair, however, due to delays it took almost 9 months for them to arrive. Overall I am really happy with the look and feel of my bike!

After researching women's cruiser bikes I decided to order the Sixthreezero EVEYjourney Women’s 26 inch 3 speed step through touring bike! I am so excited ! I can not wait for it to arrive. The Sixthreezero website is excellent along with their friendly and informative customer service team.

They helped me get a part repaired on the bike. I was just outside the warranty date and they waived the cost of the part and shipping. Timely responses as well.

A friend referred us to sixthreezero and we purchased bikes. She was under the impression that she would earn pedal points but they weren’t awarded.when I inquired, I was in formed that the promotion was no longer active but 100 pts would be granted as a courtesy. When I logged onto my account it still showed the promotion was active for 2000 pts if I referred someone. I informed sixthreezero and they granted the remaining 1900 pts.

I bought a SixThreeZero for my daughter. She loves the look and the comfort. We’re quite happy with the purchase. I did scratch the paint when putting it together. Customer service offered to pay for touch up paint or reimburse a bike-shop for them to do the touch-up. I am pleased with the resolution. Altogether, a great company to work with.

Best Bike Ever! I love my EVRYjoyney electric bike. Its so pretty with the blue frame, white wheel trim and aqua spokes. It’s very comfortable and easy to get on and off for my 5’2” height. The best features as a senior over 60 is being able to control how I want to exercise - completely pedal with motor off, pedal assist or have the bike do all the work. The battery lasts a long time and is easy to install and recharge. I put my 4 lb Maltese in her basket and off we go on new adventures every day! Thank you Sixthreezero!
