My 2 Bike’s are beautiful and so much fun. After riding it I noticed my front tire was flat the next day. So, we pumped it up but we still found it flat every morning. I wrote in to tell them about my issue expecting to wait and go through hoops. Instead, Emil wrote me back right away with the solution. That next day we went to buy a new tube. I took a picture of my receipt and sent it back to Emil. Once again thinking this will involve further phone calls. Nope!! Emil wrote me back and refunded me immediately. I have to say, I’m not used to this. I wrote Emil back again because he was so efficient and nice. I told him I’ve never felt with such a good company. Thank you Emil and keep up the good work. I love this bike and the service has been wonderful. My one complaint (and it's very minor) was that thee back carrier was difficult to put on. Took two people to do it. Other wise I have only great things to say about this company!

I ordered directly from the sixthreezero website so I could get the forever warranty. I got the 7-speed in cream color. The instructions for setup were straightforward, but I did get a little stressed during the process and had to get assistance for some parts. It took me a little over an hour to put the bike together, but I'm sure if this weren't my first bike it would have been much easier. I love it and the color. I've had it for a few months and haven't had any issues so far.

Bought this bike a while ago and it’s nice for the price and looks even better

Having back pain, I needed to find a more comfortable bike. After one bike ride, I felt more relaxed and not sore. The setup on the bike is perfect for what I needed.

I’d been in the e-bike market for about a year and narrowed my choices down to either Sixthreezero or The Electric Bike Company. I was attracted to the look of both company’s bikes and really liked that, on certain models, their batteries weren't attached to the center of the frame. I went back and forth for a bit before finding what I thought was “The One” in EBC’s model Y. Then I took it for a test ride... I very quickly realized that the wider cruiser handlebars were not for me. I also didn’t care for the stationary front basket; for some reason it really threw me off while riding. I began checking other models in their line and realized that in order to get a bike the way I wanted, I would’ve had to spend about $1500 more in "customizations". I figured it wasn’t meant to be and stopped dreaming of battery-assisted, two-wheeled rides to the beach. Then an Instagram ad popped up for Sixthreezero and I decided to check them out again. I was very impressed with the selection, pricing and availability (most, if not all, of their e-bikes were in stock). I found the Body Ease and fell in love with it immediately. Not only did it come with narrow handlebars and a battery attached to the back rack, it also had a comfortable suspension seat and front suspension forks INCLUDED. No added costs, no extra fees; those options were considered standard on the Body Ease! And to top it all off, it was on sale! I’ve ridden the bike a few times now and couldn’t be happier. The navy blue has a metallic look to it and is so much prettier in person. It rides smooth and the pedal assist is powerful, even set at 1. I absolutely love this bike and look forward to putting a bunch of miles on it. My only complaint is that the Forever Warranty isn’t an option for the electric bikes; I would’ve gladly paid extra if it was. Added bonuses: 1. They have so many color coordinated options for accessories. Customize to your hearts content! 2. Super fast shipping! I ordered my bike online on a Saturday morning and it was at my doorstep that Thursday. It would’ve arrived on Wednesday but there was a hiccup at FedEx’s warehouse. 3. The bike comes almost completely assembled but if you decide to have it professionally built after delivery, they will cover those costs. 4. If you review their bike, they’ll send you a free bell. I already have a bell but wanted to leave a glowing review for them anyway. 5. This one is my favorite - I grew up in Chicago but now live in Southern California. Even though I’ve lived here longer than I did there, Chicago will always be my hometown. I didn’t know this when I purchased the Body Ease but learned through the literature provided with the bike that the co-founder is from there too and 630 was his area code. For a girl from the 312, this was super cool to find out and further proved that I made the right choice!
