It's a great bike... once we got it

It's a great bike once we got it. They were about 6 months late due to COVID delays despite giving us an initial timeline of 3 months. It was like they sold a bike that they didn't have in inventory yet. But on e we got it, it worked great and still does 2 years later.

Damaged Bike/Empty Promises

I purchased a green/yellow bike from sixthreezero over a year ago and my rack came in damaged. I sent them an email along with pictures showing them the damage to the yellow rack. They were small scratches but I mean if I'm paying $400+ for a bicycle I'd rather not have it damaged. They promptly sent me a new rack but in the wrong color (black). I sent them an email letting them know that I got the wrong color and I'd gladly send back the black one for the right color. I was told I would get one when it came back in stock. I guess it never came back in stock cause it has been over a year and they basically ghosted me. I did get a spam email asking to write a review a few months ago and I replied saying something along the lines of I don't know if you want me to write a review since I never got my replacement part. I was contacted by customer service pretty quickly they looked into it and said I'd be getting my rack when it came available. Months later and still nothing. At this point I'm just getting empty promises from this company. The bike is cute though. We were in the market for another beach cruiser a few weeks ago for my fiancé and I made sure to avoid sixthreezero and go with Sun Bicycles. Couldn't be happier with our purchase and honestly the bike rides way smoother.

Awesome bike

Awesome bike. Purchased on a Sunday in my driveway by Friday. My husband put it together with no problem. I am a 64 year old lady who was not even sure if I could ride a bike. I CAN! WOOHOO! I am enjoying riding my NEW Around The Block Single speed Beach Cruiser.

I got my bike today and

I got my bike today and, so far, I'm disappointed. I'm a senior woman and know nothing about putting a bike together so I called a professional, mobile bicycle mechanic to put it together. He quoted me $80.00-$100.00 and ended up charging me $150.00. He spent a fair amount of time on the rear fenders because they were offset and welded so he had to carefully bend the spokes to make it not rub the tires. It doesn't rub the tires anymore but the fenders still appear offset and I'm concerned they may start rubbing again. This is not a great way to start my electric trike journey. I will write another review after I've been riding it for a couple of days.

Easy to assemble

Easy to assemble. Haven't been on a bike for over 20 years. This bike is not intimidating at all. Very comfortable & so easy to ride. I highly recommend to anyone looking to add activity to their life.

Chatted with customer service about promo

I went on to the company website to ask a question, Cristina answered very quickly, (this was yesterday). I asked if there were any healthcare worker discounts. She said there wasn't, but thought there might be a new promo coming out in July and would let me know when it comes out. I've been wanting an ebike for so long, but was never in the cards for us due to medical bills, but I started a new job and was hoping to commute daily with an ebike sometime. Today Cristina emailed me about another promo that was happening for a short time. Still a bit out of our price range, but we went ahead and ordered an ebike!
