I've bought a number of high value items from H.Preston stemming back to the mid 1990's. I've kept going back as I believe that it's essential to deal with a reliable dealer. I don't want to take risks. I have been impressed by the personal service and good communication.

Although I had issues with receiving a product I had ordered. Once I managed to get into contact with the store, the problem was resolved satisfactorily within 24 hours. Thank you for resolving.

I bought a gunai mx01 ebike from hprestonmedia before Christmas and have just had the chance to ride it the last 3 weeks and its brilliant and helping greatly with my recovery from knee replacement the battery life is as expected wish id bought spare battery then as they dearer now. The delivery was slightly delayed but was expected during the pandemic and the guy i phoned (john i think) was more thank helpful

I ordered an Atomos Shogun 7 with free Atomos Power Kit. John confirmed that the power kit was still available. The website says that a link would be sent to claim the power kit from Atomos (value about £150). Instead a cheap £27.99 power kit arrived from Amazon. I checked on the website straight away and the offer was still there. On emailing John, he said the offer was no longer available and refused to do anything about my complaint. Needless to say, the offer disappeared straightway on the website. I am involved with a professional videography company and the Shogun was needed for an immediate shoot - I can't let my customer down, unlike H Preston. Shoguns are in short supply and I couldn't be left high and dry. I doubt whether I will get the free Atomos Power Kit. Beware. Mr Preston has given a pointless reply. He fails to understand that others have businesses to run and customers to satisfy so a refund was never an option for me. It doesn't matter how many satisfied customers he has or how many he has sold of this or that, EVERY customer matters so his apologies are totally meaningless

I ordered some gear on a Monday and received on Friday. I had an issue when first ordering it and received a call soon after to insure that payment was made successfully and my order would be processed. John went above and beyond by even updating me by phone call when the camera came and and was dropped off at DPD. The constant updates are a huge relief especially when spending so much money. The whole process was fantastic and will be ordering from here again.

Never order from H Preston Media!!! People avoid this company!! I ordered canon c300 mark2 almost two years ago! And the goods never arrive. I paid 7500 with bank transfer. Company still owns me money!!

After searching high and low for an ATEM Mini I purchased one from Hpreston. Price was best I could find, delivery was quicker than expected, item in perfect condition and response to a request for some follow paperwork immediate. I've never used these guys before but I'll be back.
